Terms of service

The service

Qasiid finds businesses that match your targeting, checks their contact details, and emails them from your own mailbox with follow-ups. You stay responsible for what is sent in your name.

Free trial and packages

• The free trial is one time per person and per business: one type of business, one country, up to 10 leads. We may close duplicate trial accounts.
• Paid packages allow a set number of leads per day (50, 100 or 200) and the same number of emails per day, first emails and follow-ups together. Prices and billing are agreed with us before a package is switched on, and a package stops on its renewal date unless renewed.
• A business that is already another customer's lead is not given to you for 90 days, so no business gets the same cold email from several senders.
• Daily limits exist to protect your mailbox's reputation and the people you email; they cannot be exceeded.

Acceptable use

You may only:

• contact businesses, at their published business contact details, about offers relevant to their business;
• send honest emails: real sender name, a truthful subject line, and your real postal address;
• follow the laws of the countries you target, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, UK PECR and GDPR, EU GDPR, and Canada's CASL.

You may not: email private individuals or consumers, use purchased or scraped lists, send misleading, adult, gambling, financial-scam or other prohibited content, or try to get around sending limits.

Unsubscribe requests are honoured automatically and must not be worked around. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules, without refund for the current period.

Lead quality

Every lead is found on Google Maps and checked (website, that the email belongs to the business, and that its mail server accepts it). Public data can still be out of date. If a lead's details are wrong, use “Report wrong lead”: it is never emailed, it stops counting against your package, and the agent finds a replacement (up to 30% of your package's leads).

Your mailbox and account

Keep your login and mailbox credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for your mailbox provider's rules. We are not responsible if your provider limits or suspends your mailbox.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending

You can close your account at any time by writing to yyousafahmedd@gmail.com. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
