Privacy policy

What we store about you

• Account: your name, company, email address, optional WhatsApp number, and your password as a salted hash (we never store the password itself).
• Workspace settings: who you target, your email texts, sending hours and limits.
• Mailbox connection: your mail server settings and mailbox password. The password is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and is never shown again, to you or to us.
• Activity: the leads your agent finds, the emails it sends, replies and bounces it detects, and your chat with the agent.

Business contact data

Your agent collects business contact details from public sources: Google Maps listings and the business's own website (name, address area, phone, website, published email address). It does not collect private individuals' data on purpose and does not buy lists.

You decide whom to email and what to send. For those emails you are the data controller and we process the data on your behalf.

Your mailbox

Emails are sent from your own mailbox. To detect replies, unsubscribes and bounces, the agent reads your inbox for messages from people it has emailed in the last 30 days. It does not read or store other mail.

Services we use

• Amazon Web Services (hosting and database, Mumbai region) and Amazon SES (account emails such as password resets).
• Google Maps Platform (finding businesses).
• Anthropic (understanding chat messages, when that feature is on): the text you type in the chat is sent to it.
• Public web search, to check whether a business already has a website (only business names and cities are searched).

Cookies

We use only the cookies the app needs: a sign-in cookie (30 days), and cookies that remember your current chat and workspace. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep data

• Account, settings, leads and email history: while your account is open.
• Activity log: 14 days. Businesses already checked: up to 12 months, so the agent never contacts the same business twice.
• When you close your account we delete its data within 30 days, except backups, which roll off within a further 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. A business that was contacted can ask us to delete its details or stop all contact. Write to yyousafahmedd@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

Anyone who replies "unsubscribe" (or uses the unsubscribe link) is never emailed again from that workspace.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, mailbox passwords are encrypted, the database is not reachable from the internet, and each workspace can only see its own data.
